PERC

PERC is my idealized take on the Interfax Harmonic Percolator circuit. A super interesting circuit that gets overdrive, distortion and fuzz tones with a dynamic response to your picking and volume control changes. Fuzzier settings yield a blooming low octave component that sits behind single notes for an experience unique to the Percolator design!
Utilizing the stock HP circuit with controls for Harmonics and Volume, and a few tweaks to get the most out of it. Hybrid Silicon and Germanium transistor setup, the first run is using NOS Ge and Si transistors. Two NOS Fairchild 1N914 Si diodes add some extra sizzling drive and allows forore output and push over the stock Ge diodes. Thick midrange cut with excellent fun textures and great cleanup. A fuzz unlike any other!
Like the rest of the Lineage Series, PERC is true bypass with an LED indicator, and uses a center negative power jack, or can be powered by a 9v battery.
