SUPA ZONK SEEKER SPECIAL

Based on the V1 Germanium Zonk Machine, built on hand cut stripboard using the original layout and a trio of NOS germanium transistors! An added three way toggle switch gives this Zonk two additional tones; center position is the stock Zonk value, to the left is my “Drift” mode, thicker low mids and a bit more low end push the Zonk tone, giving it more saturation and sustain. To the right is the “Supa” mode, this mode has a bigger increase in low end and sag on the front of the note controllable by your right hand pick attack. Both additional modes give this Zonk a new voice to go with the classic ripping crumbling stock sound. All other specs and values are based on the original 1966 V1 Germanium Zonk machine.
